It is mostly used to make baking cookware since it is the one that has no much acidic or basic ingredients involved.

Stainless steel on the other hand, is non-reactive, more durable than aluminum and it is usually given an aluminum core that makes it a great conductor of heat and the best to use in nearly all types of cooking or baking. You be the judge, which one would you choose here?

And in our final battle of this war, stainless steel takes on copper. Copper is the best heat conductor of them all. But there is a catch, it is the most expensive and not to mention how quickly it loses its luster.

Why buy something for all that much and yet it won’t even have an appealing look that you can use to show off a little? Stainless steel may not be as good a heat conductor as copper, but technology has made it possible for them to be given copper cores and they will steel have that shiny outer look that you love.

My Verdict

What makes me love stainless steel is how it has combined all the aspects of the rest of the materials into one. Yes, the other materials may have a few features here and there but stainless steel is the prize winner and I know you see that too.
